Orders and Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
Order before 3pm Monday-Thursday for next-day delivery on stock items, or before 12:30pm on Fridays. Weekend orders will be dispatched on Monday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available at an additional cost.
Our standard delivery fee is €7.00. Orders over €100 qualify for free delivery!
Yes, simply return it using our FREEPOST service from your local post office. Email our Customer Service Team at info@iconfasteners.ie for a Returns Form and FreePost Label. Please note, for items over 1 metre in length or 2kg in weight, contact our team for further instructions.
Absolutely! Large orders are also eligible for free delivery if they exceed €100. A signature will be required upon delivery, and you can schedule your delivery up to 7 days in advance. If you provide a mobile number, you’ll receive a text with your tracking information; otherwise, we’ll email it to you.
