An excellent penetrating first coat primer.

Easily applied by soft broom or roller and is ideal for warehouses and most industrial premises. ProSolve’s Prime and Seal Paint is usable on brick, plaster and screeded surfaces to protect and ease cleaning, where it soaks into the substrate producing a superior adhesion for top coats.

Solvent and virtually odour free, it dries with a flat finish and is opaque in colour.

Coverage: 5-10m² per litre – so this tin could cover between 25-50m²
